A year after the Chaos Arena’s destruction, Asagi and Sakura found themselves on the desolate streets of Tokyo Kingdom, a man-made island floating in Tokyo Bay. Intended as a thriving second city center, it instead became notorious for chaos, attracting criminals, anarchists, and illegal immigrants. Despite its dangerous reputation, the island housed a bustling business district and Asia’s largest prostitute grotto. Survival here demanded caution, as the strong thrived and the careless perished. The only access was via the 10-kilometer Tokyo Kingdom bridge, connecting it to Honshu Island.
