A year after the Chaos Arena’s destruction, Asagi and Sakura found themselves in the desolate streets of Tokyo Kingdom, a massive man-made island floating in Tokyo Bay. Intended as a second city center, it became a haven for criminals and anarchists, accessible only by the 10-kilometer Tokyo Kingdom Bridge. Despite the lawlessness, a business district and one of Asia’s largest red-light districts thrived. Survival here demanded caution and strength, as careless alliances could spell disaster in this perilous, sea-bound city.
