Summary of the story: Kota is an heir to the Mikomiro shrine in the rural town of Tsumagoi-chou. He is not interested in inheriting the shrine. Instead, he focuses on his studies, hoping to become a civil servant upon graduation. However, his father suddenly disappears after mentioning marrying a young girl named Erina.
