Gimmick, leader of the Black Widow, aims to sabotage the project. Counter-terrorism group led by sniper EL opposes him, while aiding Parsley, who tries to manipulate EL after getting drunk at Club 1991. Meanwhile, Natsuki faces sexual torture by the Sniper Control Office for information.
